Responsive Maintenance

This service comprises on demand:

  • Surveying
  • Installation, including decoration where necessary
  • Mould eradication
  • Tenant aftercare support
  • Installations

A customer care leaflet is presented to tenants when the installation is complete. This includes a ‘Freephone’ number they can call to discuss any problems relating to the installation, operation and control of ventilation equipment installed. We also undertake free follow-up visits to resolve any ventilation issues that cannot be settled over the telephone.
