Condensation and mould control specialist Airtech Environmental Systems has formed a strategic partnership with property care services expert Timberwise (UK) Limited to extend its geographical coverage within the social housing sector in the UK.
Timberwise is a leading privately owned British national property care company with branches throughout the country. They provide property care services for domestic building preservation and commercial building preservation from basement waterproofing and dry rot to rising damp and woodworm. Timberwise also addresses condensation issues and this is where the two companies found common ground.
Airtech will provide core products and technical support as required for all ventilation applications. The product line up will include Energysaver™ axial fans, centrifugal and in-line fans for kitchens and bathrooms, positive pressure systems, heat recovery systems, controllers, passive and vapour vents.
A key benefit and driver within the agreement will be the use of Airtech’s eco-friendly Energysaver™ technology which is widely acknowledged as contributing to reducing the carbon footprint in housing association and local authority properties.
